Delivery times
- US & Australia — 5–8 business days from order
- Rest of world — 7–12 business days
Times include making and packing your order. Every order ships tracked — your tracking link lands by email once it leaves us. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement while international legs hand over to your local carrier.

- United States — free over $98, $8 flat under
- Australia & New Zealand — free over A$98, A$12 flat under
- Rest of world — free over $120 USD, $8 flat under
Duties & taxes
US & Australia orders ship duty-paid — no surprise fees at the door. Elsewhere, import charges are set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility. If a parcel is refused over unpaid duties, return shipping and fees may be deducted from any refund.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, check with household members, neighbours, your mail room or building management, then contact the carrier to file an enquiry. Once a parcel is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the carrier and recipient — we can't refund or replace parcels marked delivered. Please double-check your address at checkout; re-shipping fees apply for parcels returned over address errors.
