Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Every order is tracked, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Rates and delivery times

• United States — free on orders over $98 USD, otherwise a flat $8 USD. Estimated 5–8 business days.
• Australia & New Zealand — free on orders over A$98, otherwise a flat A$12. Estimated 5–8 business days.
• Rest of world — free on orders over $120 USD, otherwise a flat $8 USD. Estimated 7–12 business days.

Delivery estimates are business days after dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. They are estimates, not guarantees — customs processing and carrier delays can extend them.

Duties and import charges

Orders to the United States and Australia ship duty-paid, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. For all other destinations, any import duties or taxes are set by your local customs authority and are payable by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery; the cost of reshipping is payable by the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email contact@redthreadclo.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
